Today I’m sharing one of my ‘go to’ recipes, created by my boss’s wife after a trip to Italy – Laura’s Sicilian inspired cous cous

She says this recipe emulates the fresh ingredients and colours of her summer holiday. 

I say this recipe can be eaten all year round, served hot or cold, and provided I’ve got my black lace Dolce & Gabbana number on and perfected that Monica Bellucci pout, I may as well be sitting on some cobblestone steps in Palermo or Catania.
